Lips                 : completely apart in a “yawning” position

Jaw                  : Lower than for any other vowel

Tongue            : flat, on the floor of the mouth

Example          : Box, Calm, and Chop

Lips                 : Rounded shape

Jaw                  : lower

Tongue            : Your tongue is low and at the back of your mouth

Spelled            : o, a or au

Example          : Of, On and From
